Shipping Information:
We ship orders via the best way: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Every product we ship is carefully packaged according to shipping standards and is insured for the value of the product. All damage claims must be brought to our attention immediately so that we can properly submit a claim to the shipping company. We may ask for photos of the condition of the package upon delivery. The shipping company might want to inspect the package, so keep everything, put it all back together as best as possible and set it aside for them to pick up. Sales Tax Information:
All orders shipped within Florida are subject to Florida State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total. Florida Sales Tax = 7.0%
We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.
Refund Policy:
We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) within 95 days of the shipping date for any item that does not meet your expectations for any reason as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging with a copy of the sales receipt. If you cannot locate the sales receipt, please contact us so that we may assist in re-creating the sales receipt and expediting a refund for the item.
Shipping Damages:
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to us immediately. All boxes and packing material must be saved. The shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon receiving credit from the shipping company, the product will be re-shipped.
Defective products must be reported to the manufacturer.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, we will correct it.
